ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER?
Yes. Most TwM clothing is produced when you order it rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to love it.
This helps us offer more original designs without producing mountains of unwanted stock.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Estimated dispatch: within 3 days of ordering. Estimated delivery: within 7 days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Production and delivery may take longer depending on the product, fulfilment location, carrier delays and busy periods such as Christmas.
We use print on demand (POD), which means your clothing is made to order rather than produced in bulk and left sitting on a warehouse shelf. It helps us avoid unnecessary stock and waste — better for the environment, but it does mean slightly longer lead times. A small price to pay, we reckon, and worth the wait.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
UK standard delivery is FREE on all orders.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES OR VAT?
Some TwM orders are produced and shipped from outside the UK.
UK orders with a total goods value over £135 may be subject to import VAT, Customs Duty and carrier handling charges. These charges are not included in the amount paid to TwM and may be collected separately by the carrier before your parcel can be delivered or collected.
For orders valued at £135 or less, VAT is normally handled at the point of sale under UK rules, but the final customs treatment depends on how the consignment is declared and shipped.
If you're planning a larger order, contact us before ordering. Where practical, items may be sent as separate consignments, but customs treatment is decided by HMRC and the carrier and we cannot guarantee that charges will not apply.
WILL EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER ARRIVE TOGETHER?
Not necessarily.
Different products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations, so an order containing multiple items can sometimes arrive in separate packages.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Check the size guide on the individual product page before ordering.
We use different garments and manufacturers across the range, so don't assume you're the same size in everything. Apparently clothing sizes enjoy chaos almost as much as we do.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?
If your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please email hello@thewanderingmanc.co.uk first with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos where possible.
Please do not post the item back until we have confirmed whether a return is needed. In some cases, we can arrange a replacement or refund without you returning it. We will explain the available solution and any next steps. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We work with print and fulfilment partners who manufacture products in different locations depending on the garment and availability.
TwM designs originate with The Wandering Manc in the UK. Production location can vary by product.
IS THE WANDERING MANC A UK BUSINESS?
Yes.
The Wandering Manc is a UK-based independent clothing brand.
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS?
Because much of the range is made on demand, traditional stock levels don't always apply.
Products, colours and sizes can still become unavailable or disappear from the range, though, so if you really want something, procrastination remains a risky strategy.
