ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER?

Yes. Most TwM clothing is produced when you order it rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to love it.

This helps us offer more original designs without producing mountains of unwanted stock.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and where it's being fulfilled.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

IS UK DELIVERY FREE?

Yes. UK delivery is FREE.

WILL EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER ARRIVE TOGETHER?

Not necessarily.

Different products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations, so an order containing multiple items can sometimes arrive in separate packages.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Check the size guide on the individual product page before ordering.

We use different garments and manufacturers across the range, so don't assume you're the same size in everything. Apparently clothing sizes enjoy chaos almost as much as we do.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?

Tell us.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

We'll get it sorted.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We work with print and fulfilment partners who manufacture products in different locations depending on the garment, availability and delivery destination.

TwM designs originate with The Wandering Manc in the UK. Production location can vary by product.

IS THE WANDERING MANC A UK BUSINESS?

Yes.

The Wandering Manc is a UK-based independent clothing brand.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS?

Because much of the range is made on demand, traditional stock levels don't always apply.

Products, colours and sizes can still become unavailable or disappear from the range, though, so if you really want something, procrastination remains a risky strategy.
