Your statutory rights aren't affected by anything on this page.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM?

That's different — and we'll sort it.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us. We'll let you know what happens next.

WRONG SIZE?

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Our products can come from different manufacturers, so sizing may vary between items.

If you've ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll let you know what options are available.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
