RETURNS & REFUNDS
Most of our products are made to order especially for you, which helps us avoid producing piles of unwanted clothing.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
For standard online clothing purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts the day after the last item arrives.
Email hello@thewanderingmanc.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation rights.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. This is the deadline for sending the goods, not for their arrival with us. Please keep evidence of posting. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size choices.
Our standard designs being made to order does not itself remove cancellation rights. The change-of-mind right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.
Your statutory rights aren't affected by anything on this page.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM?
If your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please email hello@thewanderingmanc.co.uk first with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos where possible.
Please do not post the item back until we have confirmed whether a return is needed. In some cases, we can arrange a replacement or refund without you returning it. We will explain the available solution and any next steps. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If we need the faulty, damaged or incorrect item returned, we will explain how to send it back and arrange or cover the necessary return postage.
WRONG SIZE?
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Our products can come from different manufacturers, so sizing may vary between items.
If you've ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll let you know what options are available.
REFUNDS
For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Any applicable basic standard outbound delivery charge is included. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
