SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is FREE.

Our products are made to order, so your order will need to be produced before it is dispatched. Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Ordered more than one thing? Your order may arrive in separate packages if different products are fulfilled from different locations.

Don’t panic — we haven’t forgotten half your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, production or delivery may take longer than usual.

DELAYS

If your order appears to have gone wandering for rather longer than is reasonable, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will always do what we reasonably can to help resolve delivery problems.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thewanderingmanc.co.uk. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
